ABOUT THE OWNER
Before finding her home in the Sierras, Jillian followed a winding path shaped by exploration, adaptability, and a love for meaningful connection. Raised as a military kid Jillian learned early how to make any place feel like home but after eleven different locations - she's decided to put down some roots. Jillian earned her degree in Hospitality Management at Texas Tech University and started her career in hotel operations and event planning before leaving the corporate world and letting her entrepreneur spirit take the lead. She opened a restaurant with friends, learned floral design, worked as a production assistant and said yes to every unique experience that came her way. She loves traveling, exploring new restaurants, backpacking, kayaking, biking, and learning new things through lived experiences. Although a thrill seeker at times she equally enjoys the simpler things in life like fresh flowers, warm cups of tea, live music, art, dogs, any kind of market and meals shared with loved ones. Jillian truly believes hospitality is for everyone and is excited for the opportunity to share her heart with the community she has grown to care so deeply for.
