We go beyond just ensuring your home is clean and in working order for your arrival. ** cue how we bring in high level hospitality - a new soap in the bathroom that smells like your favorite lotion, a seasonal floral touch in the kitchen, an arrival snack of your favorites set out, your new hiking boots laced up at the front door and your favorite album playing in the living room. There are no laundry or dishes to be done, no projects that need to be tackled, you get to just come home.

Simply leave the house as is and we'll button up the rest! We know how you like your things done and we’ll ensure to do it just so. Leave us a punch list of things you need done (donate a bag of clothes, drop off a return, refill the propane tank, pick up a bike from the shop, etc.) This is always a great time to give us maintenance projects - replace the shower head, paint the backsplash, caulk the shower.

We have a list of all your staples and ensure they’re always on hand for your visit home. You can also send us a list of fresh produce and perishable items ahead of time and we’ll source the best quality products. If you prefer farm fresh, we’ll go to the market! We love when clients prefer we shop local and get to support our local bakeries, butchers, wine shops and grocers.

We all know the needs of homes change as we grow and evolve. If you get the urge to remodel a room or suddenly want your closets organized by towel type and clothes by color - we can do that! If you decide you would like the house decorated for each holiday, we would love to bring your vision to life. We appreciate structure and beautiful spaces and really are here for whatever your home needs might be!

In Tahoe there are two points in the year when everything changes. I need all my snow gear put away, my skis stored, the shovels and blowers stowed away… and I need the wetsuits and coolers brought out, the paddleboards inflated, my hiking boots found and my backpacks stocked. Let us handle all of this - twice a year, every year.

Let us do the research on where to go and what to do! We can keep you up to date on the local events happening, make restaurant reservations, book excursions and tours or simply make some recommendations for what to do while you’re home in mother nature's playground.

We love a good celebration and would love to help bring your in-home event to life! Whether it be a birthday party, small wedding, baby shower, or bunko night - let us handle the details. We partner with the best local vendors and can help with everything from styling and sourcing to coordination and management.

Performing regular visits to check on the property, ensuring it is secure and in good order, especially for owners who are away for extended periods. Monitoring the property's security, utilities, animal and pest control - no one likes when the bears move in! We’ll keep an eye on things while you’re away.

Finding and managing reliable local contractors for various tasks. We’ll find the right fit and manage the task at hand with the secured vendor.
